The name on my birth certificate is Jane Frances, named after my gran Jane Frances van Aardt (Staples). There are a few of us in the family.
I researched the name and found an interesting story. (https://www.franciscanmedia.org/saint-of-the-day/saint-jane-frances-de-chantal/">https://www.franciscanmedia.org/saint-of-the-day/saint-jane-frances-de-chantal/)
The first recorded Jane Frances was the Baroness de Chantal, born in 1572 and widowed with four young children at the age of 28. She gained a reputation as an excellent manager of estates, running both her husband's and her father-in-law's estates very successfully while also looking after the poor and destitute.
She later founded a religious community that focused on the well-being of women and children of all walks of life. Not only did she personally fed the poor, her reputation for sound management resulted in many visits by aristocratic women.
I don't know if I am related to this Jane Frances or if I just inherited the name, but I do know that I relate to her principles of sound management, honesty, kindness and diversity.
Awesome principles for a start-up business that is in line with God's word.
